We only collect the informations that needed for the registration procedure at our website or when fill up the registration form on the site. The information that we gathered are voluntarily submitted by the customers to us. We collect customer's personal information during the account registration on our site on our site.

Personal Identification Details
Your personal identification details are used to process your order of the products, customize your profile information, internal usage with legal requirements, update your status of online shopping in our site and also to update our customers with our latest news of updates/changes, promotions and events.

Your personal information such as credit cards details, bank account numbers are well kept secret and confidential with us. We will never share any of your personal details to any third party. Our sites do apply appropriate security application in order to keep all the customers information safe at all time.

our company website do applies appropriate security application in order to prevent the leaking customers' personal identification details from third parties, illegal disclosure and hackers. However bear in mind that any information transmitted through Internet is NOT 100% guaranteed safe and secure.

REFUND POLICY
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your refund, we require a Receipt, Proof Of Purchase and Invoice Number. Do contact us via WhatsApp, WeChat or Instagram Page. Our Support Team will be gladly to assist you. For return shipment that didn’t manage to notify us.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

1. Once the returned item is received, an inspection will be made, we shall notify you via E-mail or WhatsApp the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 days of receiving the item.

2. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund for you. The refund will be made automatically to the buyer's credit/debit card, eWallet, or original method of payment within (4) weeks.

For FPX, the refund will only be made to the designated bank account. If your return is not approved, we will resend the item to you.

Wrongly Order Product (not applicable)
Wrongly Order Product or Accidentally Order Product reason will not be entertained. Customer is responsible to check their order summary in the Cart Page & Check Out Page before proceeding to make payment.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us Wechat or Instagram Pages and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over RM100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Delivery Time
Orders received will be processed and shipped out on next day. The delivery will take place within 1 - 3 working days via KEX EXPRESS. We also will take into consideration of products availability and will advise accordingly if any delayed in delivery time.
Please take note that we do not ship to P.O. Box Address.
Calculating Cost
We do not profit from shipping. Your shipping cost will be exactly the same as we are charged by whichever shipping company is used to deliver your package. Whereby currently we only engage KEX Express for delivery. Shipping costs will be calculated on the website automatically during Checkout based on the weight of the items you are purchasing.
KEX Express is charging base on your shipping address postcode within Malaysia. And the delivery cost will increase base on weight of the shipment.
For Any Disputes
We do not entertain any disputes or complain after you received your shipment & past 7 days. Any disputes or complain past during this period is consider invalid.
For Product Notification
We do let customer know via our Wechat or Instagram pages on the status of the product that has defects, out of stock or any other situation that may encounter. If customer do not respond with in 7 days period, all the option provided will be consider as void & invalid.

We cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same shown on the monitor as that is depending on the user monitor.

User shall agree that Lyviawee Group Sdn. Bhd. may send newsletter regarding the latest news/products/promotions etc through email to the user.

The user shall agree to defend, indemnify and hold Lyviawee Group Sdn. Bhd. harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

This agreement is effective unless and until either by the customer or www.lybra.my. Customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, www.lybra.my may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply the terms and conditions above.
